Mrs. Johnson's apartment is the largest cottage apartment we have available for rent.  It's located in the downstairs of the White House and has a spacious enclosed porch with a view of the Virginia Beach boardwalk.  This apartment comfortably sleeps 6-8 people and has a large eat-in kitchen as well as a separate dining room and dining table that seats 6-8 people. 

$300.00 Security Deposit Required
(Refunded when reservations completed and unit is left as found, clean and in good repair or rebooked for same rates at same dates).

If unit is available a deposit of half of the rental fee is due to hold the reservation. We can accept your personal check if received 30 days before your arrival date. At this time you will also submit a security deposit of $300.00 which is fully returned to you once you have completed your reservation and have left the unit as you found it... clean and in good repair.

Less than 30 days we accept Money Orders, Certified Check, Bank Check, Travelers Check all written on a U.S. Bank and in U.S. Funds. We can accept MasterCard and VISA... the Credit Cards are processed by a third party and there is a fee.

Thirty (30) days prior to arrival date, the balance of the account is due including taxes and fees. The signed rental agreement should be returned at that time. Refunds for cancellations only when rebooked at the same rates for the same dates.
